Every loaf is shaped by hand, tinned and baked to a deep, dark crust. From slow-fermented sourdoughs to classic country sandwich loaves.

Sourdough & Specialty

At the foot of the Western edge of the Blue Mountains, our bakery continues a simple tradition—bread made with time, patience, and honest ingredients. Our signature sourdough is slow-fermented over 30 hours, developing a rich, tangy crumb and deep flavour shaped by craft rather than rush. Alongside it, we bake dark rye and crusty Vienna loaves, with fruit-filled breads baked in small batches on select days, or made to order as part of the rhythm of the bakehouse.

Standard & Soft Rolls

Perfect for school lunches or a backyard barbecue. Soft white rolls, multi-grain, wholemeal loaves (available), and optional sesame-topped hamburger buns baked fresh every morning.
